1. Subject
These conditions govern the distance sale of clothing and accessory products through the website www.ddmodaroma.com, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order sent via email by DD Moda Roma. The user receives a summary with products, prices, delivery costs, and shipping times.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment methods indicated at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer) are accepted. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and are subject to the conditions indicated at the time of issue.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free throughout Italy. Indicative delivery times are communicated at the time of order; any delays due to the courier will be promptly communicated. Upon delivery, the customer is asked to check the integrity of the package.
5. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods as described on the Returns and Refunds page.
6. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
7. Dispute resolution
The consumer's court of law is competent for any dispute. The European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
